while there are two primary sexes genetically, psychologically, gender is a sliding scale between male and female. In the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, I believe what happens between two or more consenting adults is their business and no one else's. When kids are involved, I advise more caution since child brains aren't fully developed.

It's the last part that concerns me. If a child is allowed an irreversible procedure which turns out to be a phase, that's not right nor responsible of the adults who allowed it.

Presumably, state laws vary. This appears to be like the banning abortion bullshit where some women died of complications because hospitals feared being charged with providing an abortion. What, specifically are the laws and limits?
