The "in-between" part, the gray area are drugs to inhibit puberty. TBH, I don't understand the limits and psychology of it enough to agree or disagree on it. As a Libertarian, I'm against blanket laws that cover, in this instance, up to 98% of the population while fucking over the remaining 2%. Science, in this case both psychology and medicine, should determine the outcome along with peer review.

The Hippocratic Oath part of "First do no harm" comes to mind.
