Actually your knowledge is underwhelming. There is no constitutional requirement for 60 votes in the Senate. It is just a Senate rule. Senate rules can be changed at ANY time by the majority. It doesn't happen often, but it is well within the power of the majority to change Senate rules to pass this on a straight line party vote.
That being said, I doubt McConnell will do it and even if he does we still have to contend with pricks like Flake, Corker and cunts like Murkowski and Collins.
Like you I hope and pray for a gobblement shut down.
