So your kids do not bring books home. They do not do homework. They do nothing at home for school. You do not go to school parent-teacher meetings. I see why someone like you would have problems finding out what they are studying, but I never had any trouble knowing what they were studying.

I recall seeing lots of video of school board meetings, most of it taken by attendees with their cell phones, of parents screaming at staff members, during the pandemic, and afterwards as well. They were angry about masks, they were angry about virtue schooling, they were angry about vaccines, they were angry. There were many threats made against school personnel as well.

You don't want this sort of shit monitored? And what does it have to do with this pointless bill, anyways?

ETA: After reading the memo in your link, I see that it is not from the DOJ at all, but rather it's an incendiary letter from Gym Jordan using highly-biased language. As I suspected, the parents who ended up being interviewed by the FBI had made threats against school personnel. Whether the threats were just hot air said in the heat of the moment, or actually credible, given what has gone on in our schools (as recently as yesterday), I want all threats checked out, don't you?
