Why wasn't it found during any of his yearly exams? It seems like he, as Chief Puppet of DC, either had an incompetent medical staff or the general citizenry was outright lied to regarding his poor health. Either way, it's NOT good... I tend to lean towards lying because they already lied about Biden's cognitive decline.
