(4) Blame TRUMP!
(5) Blame white supremacy for everything.
(6) Declare violent BLM riots as being mostly peaceful.
(7) Vote for leftist Mayors who blame violence on store owners who don't hire enough security or have functioning security cameras.
(8) Blame TRUMP!
(9) Support bail reform thus turning arrests into a revolving door of recurring crime.
(10) Reduce the penalties for shop lifting.
(10) Close prisons
(12) Shut down state mental hospitals
(13) Blame TRUMP!!
