However, passing laws that favor one political party over another is outright fraud. California has gotten so bad that now you can vote in any primary regardless of your party affiliation. The top two, regardless of party, get on the ballot. What does that mean in States with high Democratic registration? No Republicans or alternate parties on the ballot and only a choice between two Democrats.

If the Republicans attempted shenanigans like this, the FAKE media would have conniptions. Even the way initiatives wording on our ballots is fraudulent. The recent Proposition 6 was a prime example. While voters voted against it to preserve the tax, which was moronic, they did not know they were also voting to allow the legislature to pass future fuel tax legislation without going through the initiative process.
