How do you determine who is illegal?

Citation?
You appear to support these illegals.

How many will you take into your home, to feed, educate, clothe, and provide medical care?

Will Friday be too soon?

Don't bother, none of you loons have ever responded to those questions.
Why do you think that?
Don't expect a rational response from cousin PEarl. His suitcase isn't packed very tight.

In some circumstances, in others I support a path to citizenship.
To legally enter the United States, a noncitizen must:

  • Apply for a visa
  • Present themselves in person to an immigration officer at a U.S. port of entry
  • Appear when the port is open for inspection
There are two types of visas:

  • Immigrant visas: For foreign nationals who intend to live permanently in the United States
  • Nonimmigrant visas: For foreign nationals who want to enter the United States temporarily for reasons like tourism, business, medical treatment, study, or temporary work
Some ways to become a permanent resident of the United States include:

  • Family-based immigration
  • Work visas
  • Student visas
  • Visa lottery
  • Investors
  • Asylum seekers
  • Refugee or asylee status
  • Other humanitarian programs
Entering or reentering the United States without authorization is illegal and can result in civil immigration detention, deportation proceedings, and criminal sanctions.

I'm sure, as a practicing attorney, you believe in our laws...and yes, if they're followed, a path to citizenship should be an option...as so many immigrants who now reside legally in the US, and/or are citizens now, have demonstrated...there is a right way and a wrong way to earn the privilege to stay here...
For the benefit of everyone...we are US :usflag:

Dishonest, low IQ and poorly educated people tend to do that.

IMHO, she's mentally ill and has had issues since her teens. That means many of her actions are beyond her control. Her reality is not the same as normal people.

It takes conscious thought to log onto a site like this and spew your rage, hate, bitterness -- while trying to cloak it with smarmy memes and massive numbers of smiley emojis. But otherwise, I agree. The xenophobic hypocrisy she and pEarl and the rest of the bigots here exhibit is interesting. Toxic et al pays lip service to the idea of LEGAL immigration. But then when a racist meme goes viral -- like the LEGAL Haitians in Springfield, OH, eating pets -- and destroying the small town by their presence -- she's all onboard with it. Even #VP2Vance promoted this lie, which was eagerly lapped up by most of the RWers on this site. They're hypocrites.

Under what grounds do you ask someone?
Are we going to use profiling?
How do you determine someone entered illegally?
How do you prove where someone was born if they will not even tell you their name?
Have a legal statement read to them in their language and give them a copy. If they still do not comply, deport their ass.

Follow the laws...it's funny how well things can go when proper procedures are in place, and respected...Everyone benefits...
Joe refused to support those concepts...this is all on him...and will prove to be unfortunate for some...
Nothing like the fear mongering going on here, however...

Yes, and I believe that those laws need to be changed.
