since calves are usually born in the spring, the oysters should be harvested by early summer......

I love asparagus and it grows wild in Colorado but you have to pick it before it flowers.
Not really interested in the RMOs either.

I live in San Diego so it's been awhile since I foraged for shrooms. When I liked on the east coast, shrooms and berries were everywhere.
