Republicans in Congress under George W. Bush did not cut spending. That is a fact and it's why you can't show areas where they cut. They didn't cut spending in education or health care with the prescription pill bill. We didn't cut jack sh*t.

I thought it was because unlike the Democrats he didn't increase spending as a share of the economy.......what do you think the budget would have been like if we hadn't had the Homeland Security spending following 9/11?.....

So the fact that he grew gov't larger than those he folkowed is irrelevant? Bush was a big gov't Republican and because Bush was a Republican the Republican led Congress went right along with him. To deny this is to 1) deny the truth and 2) refuse to understand where the party is today

Bush was not fiscally conservative then he fvcked up execution of Iraq. There's a reason his poll numbers were so low and why so many Repubkicans were pissed off at him

and the fact that apart from the creation of Homeland Security in response to 9/11 he didn't grow government larger is irrelevant to you......
