Complete assholes...especially when they have all their claws. I'd never declaw a cat, but their personalities take some getting used to.They are, OTOH, handy to have around when mice come in from the fields in Fall and Winter.

Thanks. I'm a big beagle fan and lost a 14 year old two Springs ago. Terriers are smarter. A year ago last month we rescued a Jack Russell Terrier mix. More my dog than my beloved....who has another terrier teacup mix, a female with a vicious psychotic personality.
That's it in a sentence. Terriers are much smarter. And Beagles are much nicer (if you can afford to feed the little bastards.)
But I love ALL dogs.

I've had four. They all trained me.
My last one, who lived to be sixteen, used to easily find field mice in the dunes (we lived on the shore), carry them to the walking path, and release them unharmed.

Lucifur is sitting on my lap now. I have always had cats and dogs together. I never paid a penny for a cat. I just wound up with them. Luci was born in a hole outside my bathroom window. Her mother did a bad job and she was crying all night. I ended up feeding her formula through an eyedropper. O saved her and she is a brat.

Pappy is jet black, golden eyed and looked to be part panther. A huge cat that terrorized any dog that came near it. Currently it weighs 12 pounds and doesn't sit in laps.

Not sure which states had lockdowns, but in Texas there were recommendations to stay home, jobs were lost and there are food lines. The small towns near me have them but due to a lower population density, there are no lines.

Which high density cities are staunch conservatives? It seems to me there's a direct correlation between population density and liberalness. Out where my wife and I are in the country, it's low population density and conservative.
