I'm reminded of the Different World episode where 2Pac guest starred. It tried to show the tension for some of the kids between being in this new college environment while still dealing with old friends from the streets.

So you are of the mind these folks are sell outs. Or did you not get accepted to any HBCU's and are just pissed?

Me too. Ever been to eastern Oregon? Those toothless white rednecks are as scary looking as anything I’ve seen.
Same with Wasilla, Alaska. Go into a grocery store there and it looks like that bar scene in the first Star Wars movie.

That's interesting. My understanding is it's actually a long Morehouse welcoming tradition, really the opposite of hazing.

The whole point is to tell new students they're part of a brotherhood at the school. That video's been around, and when I asked a couple of Morehouse alum buddies about it they said they loved that welcoming.

It's a small school, under 3,000 people, which makes it easier to do that. But that's why I said the video hyped me up, knowing it's a long welcoming tradition. I think it's pretty cool.

I never said I cred about hood rats killing each other, idiot. I only care when humans get shot, not feral animals and their mentors like you. True, they do kill a few innocents in the crossfires; I care about those, hence why the military should do random sweep of all black majority neighborhoods and confiscate all weapons when the crime rates get past a certain point. Deport those sporting gang tattoos and caught with firearms. That way the 20-25% of black people that are humans can finally be safe in their own homes. They will be able to take down all those burglar bars on their doors and windows even in the middle class black neighborhoods, and their children can play outside again.

They have been for decades. My relatives used to the games when they played Prairie View and Southern here in Texas just for the half-time shows.

Fun Fact: The allegedly 'racist' LBJ was loved by the admins at prairie View, when during the Depression he used his political pull to make sure the teachers there got paid. Not many blacks could vote then, so the idiots who claim he just did it to get elected are just morons. He wasn't elected to anything until 1937, and prairie View was not in the district he ran in a t the time; before that he was a secretary to a Texas Senator and was running the New Deal programs in Texas in unofficially. He also made sure black youth got their share of New Deal jobs, the ones for teens building parks, roadside rest stops, etc. No votes there either.
