Only if you can read the stuff you buy from Amazon.com with it... We're going to start having competing devices in order to get the book you want.... It's going to suck.I agree it will take out kindle.

Ouch. Appl is still a good bet, and T as well. There was a run-up and sell off due to news of the iPad. You'll get it back. I'm not worried about that. I just predict that this device won't be nearly as popular as originally thought. (BTW - These types of devices are a portion of my new year's resolution...)I'm not pointing out specific people, but most where negative.
I'm betting on continued success of the iphone and ipad to get apple above $250. I dropped 50G on aapl and T to double down on the mobile internet wave. Then the market dropped for a week straight.
I'm reasonably sure that I am not in their target audience. I have a laptop that has better resolution than this thing, I watch movies on airplanes with that and it will be with me regardless of whether I buy this huge phone with no phone capabilities. The memory isn't enough of an upgrade to make any difference, and as a book reader it is overkill.I'm def getting one, and I'll use it way more for movies than books. I do expect the browsing to be way more user friendly and a big selling point over the tiny iphone screen.

The kindle is already less popular than they thought it would be, outselling that won't be very huge. The kindle already has problems as a "booK" and the options on this aren't enough to replace the necessary laptop, and they made sure it can't replace your phone. The fact that it will be way more than a book reader is why it will out sell kindle exponentially. I'm sorta glad even apple fans and shareholders are skepticle, more upside if I'm right.
Topper, throwing away your money on this extra-large IPhone when you already have an IPhone is not going to make this effect Apple's stocks any more positively.
Jr you allowance from Daddy is not enough to buy you one.
Most of you tools mocked the iphone when I was pumping it years ago, now it's dominating the smartphone market and has created new markets. Keep doubting apple so I can get more shares before the next run up.
I thought the IPhone was a beautiful piece of hardware. We all thought you were a little zany about it but we all knew it would be successful.
I honestly don't think this is going to sell though.
IT'S A BIG IPHONE THAT YOU CAN'T MAKE CALLS WITH! WHOOP-DE-DOO!
Apple isn't even trying this time.

I don't think anyone mocked the iphone. You would have had to be a drooling retard to not know that the iphone would be successful.
I was a hater too originally (dont believe me check my reddit posts) but I am coming around to the fact that there may be a market for it.
