How much bad news is being hidden ?

He just seems tied in knots about what to believe.

Maybe someday he will place country and the American people over personal profit when he realizes he is just one of the people being taken by these scum and not the great financial wizard he thought he was?

Unlike you two morons I'm educated.
I don't buy into every single complaint from the left.
I never said everything was great, I said last year 30% chance of recession. Which you two small yellow bus riders chose to ignore.
Housing will go down more, I also said early on that the long term average of 6% rise was more like it. I never invested much in real estate or banks.
Obviously I've invested more than you two combined in education and reading time.

Gerbil.

Yeah too a while to happen. an economy is a big thing, has a lot of inertia on slowing and speeding up. I saw all the pieces falling into place for trouble ahead.
People with elite degrees and experience are writing books and selling them based on what I have been saying.
I recall a conversation you and I had a loooong time ago in which you, very accurately it turns out now, predicted that the types of mortgages being written would implode and create a disaster.

That is not the same thing as a general doom and gloom prediction: you nailed it.

Thank you for remembering.

I think topper has trouble remembering where the toilet is between trips.

I feel this is just the beginning of something far larger. Ie low savings rates, maxxed credit, etc...
the impact on our economy will be hard felt.
Dow is down below 12,000 for the first time since early last NOV.

I saw it coming long before that Desh.
combined with the record high unsecured personal debt levels, the national debt, the rising cost of oil, stagnant wages for years. Jobless recovery ? for a country that depends 2/3 on what wage earners spend ?

NO recipe for long term success there at all.

I know USC but that was as far back as I could find anything.

I love how Toppy thought his own post was a prediction when it turns out he was actually quoting you.

Funny that one.

again with all that negative we're going to have growth in the second qtr again. American companies are way stronger than you two think.
Maybe it's because niether of you ever worked for a big corp.

Study up dude most of our "growth" right now is due to increased energy and food prices. Less volume higher prices. Technically growth, but bogus all things considered. Between that and govt spending that is about all we have going for us right now.
