I don't disagree with any of that, but I do think that in this case, he's really is so stupid he can't understand that the neat, crisp, black typeface font on Garcia's knuckles was typed onto a photograph of his hand.

Somebody apparently thought they were deciphering what they assumed were coded pictures tattooed on Garcia's fingers, which in the super top secret MS-13 alphabet, spelled out the name of the gang.

Just more reasons to laugh at these dolts.
