That's "fascist?" Are you shitting me? Where's something like telling the American public You will get a COVID vaccine or you'll lose your job. Or, maybe Maxine Waters telling oil companies "We will socialize your companies" in a congressional hearing. How about mask mandates to include arrest if you won't wear one? Or there's always setting up a "Disinformation Governance Board" to control speech on the internet and in media...

Statist capitalism, socialism, and government control of people's lives are usually said to be "fascist" actions.
So? What's the big deal with that. Trump wants national parks to review their signage to have a positive American oriented viewpoint that emphasizes the reasons national parks exist on them. How is that "fascist?"
On the other hand, Biden, as one example, put out an executive order that national parks develop DEI programs that focused on race, gender, and other defined qualities of individuals rather than being equity based. Quotas rather than equal opportunity.
How the Biden admin injected DEI into every facet of spending
