Hello Kacper,
To further clarify, President Trump operates with a ruthless greedy business management mentality; typically associated with those who have a win/lose philosophy instead of a win/win philosophy. That means he sees no benefit to ensuring that his transactions are good for both sides. He doesn't believe a strong economy results from fair business dealings. He thinks it is perfectly acceptable to destroy other business interests as he strengthens his own.
He has zero concern for any other parties of a business transaction. His only concern is himself winning at all costs. Doesn't matter if he has to destroy the other party. That's what he will do. So, for instance, when he had work done on his failed casino project, he stiffed the contractors. If they tried to fight him he turned his numerous powerful slick lawyers on them, forcing them into so much expensive time delays, filings and litigation that they couldn't possibly prevail, even if they won they would be out so much in legal expenses and time lost that they lose anyway. He operates exactly the same way Walmart does when it comes to going to court. He goes for the jugular, and uses everything at his disposal to destroy opposition.
