Jack Smith laid out Trump had every right to LIE and believe and say what he wanted about the election. That is true of all the politicians named in the OP. No crime in beliefs or even lies.

WHAT TRUMP DID and is being charged with is NOT what he said, and rather is based on the ACTIONS he and others took, which resulted in numerous crimes, non of which are speech.

BUt Trump derps are hopelessly stupid and as such they will struggle to understand the distinction above and keep claiming it all the same, just as they wrongly did, in their stupidity, with regards to Pence, Biden and Trump differing treatment over retained gov't docs. They were too stupid to understand that difference to.

And i am not complaining. I love how stupid you guys are just as Trump does. It is why we win and you lose.

I can't believe my party nominated Clinton and I had to vote for the asshole twice, and then once for his wife.

Comments like Huckabee's are unfathomable except as coming from a fraud who is sure the Trump supporters he's talking to don't know the time of day. Hillary Clinton, who he claims should be the one arrested for election interference, did indeed have doubts about Trump's 2016 victory, just as Gore had doubts about his loss, but like Gore, she conceded on national television and did it the very next day after the election.
