Let me work through this considering implications that apply due to the type of crime with underage kids and trafficking victims. These documents will have the names of victims, underage kids, some cooperating defendants who have been promised protections... These folks need to continue to be protected. Pam has spoken about this before, suggesting that these are the only people that should be protected. It seems she is carefully working it to ensure she isn't violating the rights of victims, minors and those who were cooperating witnesses.

It's also possible that there are still investigations that stem from the documents that could be compromised. My best guess is the directive tells her to release the documents, but she knows that she must redact those specific names and carefully avoid compromising current investigations and must avoid lawsuits.

Why were you not demanding an explanation on why it was on Garland's desk but not released? Seriously. First. it isn't just a list of names, it isn't a little black book. It is myriad documents. Before releasing documents, if they want to avoid lawsuits, they'll need to vet the things, and remove the names of victims, minors, and if folks were promised protections so they'd act as witnesses they need to keep those promises.

Again, you thought you had a gotcha so you took something out of context and when provided with the context (what he finished with) you simply ignore that and keep repeating it. This is because the actual answer doesn't suit what you want to have happened. LOL. As for Biden, he kept you in the dark as to "the list"... Trump has given a directive to his AG, Biden ignored calls to release the list...

Facts are not gotcha. Neither is an example of what is clearly true on this forum. The fact remains Trump wished his dear friend, a pedophile, well. No gotcha there.

As for Biden, so did Trump on his first go-around, Obama, GW Bush for his two terms, Bill Clinton for his two...although I think you and I can understand why. LOL

Why didn't Trump release the list during his first term? Why aren't you suspicious of him like you are of a doddering old geezer?

They are when you ignore the facts to continue with the out of context "gotcha"... What Trump wished is for her not to be "suicided" in prison.

Trump didn't on his first go round, as I explained, the list could not be released until after Ghislaine's trial due to prejudicial data tainting juries, etc. Her trial didn't even start until 2021, she was convicted in 2022 and ever since then the documents could have been reviewed, redacted where necessary to protect victims, minors, and those who were promised protections if they acted as witnesses for the prosecution, and then released. It took less than a month for Trump to order that review, Biden was never going to.

In this matter I trust the guy that looks to be acting in our interests rather than protecting the "swamp"...
