The Magats simply COULD NOT put up a single "witness" who would testify UNDER OATH that such evidence exists when they all know it does not. When you have Comer and Jordan pushed hard by right wing Magat media even they admit they have not yet found evidence that could be called proof, but 'they are working on it', so again, they are simply not going to find anyone to lie under oath.
Steve Bannon commented on this, that the Magats should make sure first that the witnesses they put up are not going to say there is not yet evidence/proof, but again, the issue is that people who will lie constantly on tv or in podcasts mostly will not lie under oath.
