One month ago, Trump PROMISED 27 million test kits by the end of March. So far there are less than 1 million.
At what point do you admit that he has no idea what he is doing, and is causing far more damage to our economy.

HHS should be controlling access. Otherwise the patients on the drug now might not be able to get it. Your cited text proves that.

They can always ask the patient "Are you voting for Trump or Biden?" If the answer is Trump, they get the hydroxychloroquine. :)

An article posted previously authorizes doctors to use it on patients as a last resort; i.e. when there are no more ventilators left in the hospital.

I, OTOH, will accept the medical consensus for treatment. Not the advice of politically biased people who do not have a medical background.
