Which is exactly why it is foolish to characterize efforts to deal with Islamist extremism and terrorism as "war" in any sense. And it's downright stupid to cast it as war against Islam. That's just playing into the hands of the Islamists: the more jingoistic rhetoric coming out of the West they can point to, the more legitimacy they gain among Muslims.9/11 was a provokation by the Islamists, they know that they can only create a Caliphate by provoking the US into attacking Muslims in the hope that this will unite the Muslim world to rise up against the west.
9/11 has been hijacked by the extremists in the US to push their Straussian agenda of perpetual war and attempting to restructure the world according to their politico-economic perspective.
Those stuck in the middle are in a world of cack dealing with idiots both to the left and right....
