Reponses to each sentence:
1. Okay, a generalized moot point that's been known (or should be known) to every black American .... that you have Caucasian immigrants blending into the congenital racism in America. "claim their whiteness" is outwardly declarative...that is NOT seen in general for new immigrants, as that is the exception and not the rule (i.e., Trump's making a big deal giving an open door to disgruntled Afrikaners). It's more subtle .... moving into "all white" ethnic enclaves in the urban/suburban, how they vote, etc. So unless YOU have direct problems, your statement is questionable at best.
2. Your racial slur aside, you've had a generational racial disparity in the Latin community with native and African folk (i.e, Cuba, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Dominican Republic, etc.) LONG before you had immigrants from that community here.
The ones who make it to the public microphone are NOT the majority. Also, part of the problem is that black folk who have ancestral roots here since slavery time almost demand that any immigrant with tan, brown or black skin must assimilate to "black culture" and nearly disown their culture or heritage (case in point: black folk from the Atlantic Islands vs. mainland American black folk). Hopefully before I die, all sides will stop this nonsense.
3. Hate to break it to you, but if you have a skill that is beneficial to a company beyond it's basic needs, you should be compensated for it. If I ran a business and could increase profits if my employees were bilingual, I'm sure as hell going to pay that person what they're worth. When I was a kid and in my parents time, a second language (spanish or french) was a requirement in some public and parochial schools. That mandate was done away with over time, which is a pity. Essentially, you want to penalize someone for their natural abilities .... that smacks of jealousy instead of understanding work place dynamics. And example from my life: I once worked for a small bank investment company. The guy who ran the mail room was always pissed that the guy who ran the computers was paid more than him, as the former required much more physical labor. He wouldn't recognize that without the computer guy, the company couldn't function and he'd be out of a job.
4. Again, your racial slur aside: are you suggesting that in your lifetime you NEVER had to wait in line frustrated because the AMERICAN born person in front of you was slow on the uptake regarding payment or coupons or having a melt down with a salesman or whatever?

As my late grandfather would say, if that's the worst thing that happens in your life, you'll be okay.
5. Please don't go on with your bigoted stupidity. I read enough of that with the MAGA/Alt-Right clowns that permeate this site.
6. 10 years in the Navy and you never came across racism or bigotry? Good for you. And news flash, THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICANS DIDN'T WORK THEIR BUTTS OFF TO GET THE POS WE NOW HAVE RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT. How we got here is a whole other debate. But as to your blather about immigrants, see #1 - #4.
