That's irrelevant. The da shows only the evidence he wants the grand jury to see and nothing exculpatory.

DA invited Trump to come in and give his side of the story and Trump declined.
 
I've never been arrested, detained, fingerprinted, and I've only received two traffic tickets in 40 years of driving.

Trump looked sad or nervous. I have no idea what it feels like to be arrested and charged with 34 felonies.

If I was completely innocent, and the victim of two con artist chicks who blackmailed me, I would have no problem answering questions truthfully to the grand jury.

If you're innocent you have no reason to answer any questions. And once again anything you say can be used against you. Only an idiot, guilty of innocent, would talk to a grand jury.

Horseshit. If you were truly innocent you would do whatever it took to clear your name, including answering questions truthfully and forthrightly to the grand jury
 
TRUMPS big mistake all along has been over optimism, he was long blind to how bad the rot of America is.
