It hasn't happen YET because the cuts don't go into effect till AFTER THE MID TERMS.
The MAGAS didn't want them to go into effect till then because they know it is going to hurt a lot of people.
A lot of US citizens depend on these federal programs just to get by and when they don't have them any more it will hurt them badly and that includes you MAGAS.
If You're eligible you'll have what you need..... And if you're eligible and haven't been getting what you deserve , you finally will be.... And if you're not eligible and have been receiving benefits all this time... wake up call... smell the roses... get a job.... Go home if you're here illegally..... All Long overdue....
