I found a way to end Islamic extremism....

All religions need to go through constant periods of enlightenment where they drag their tattered ideologies into modern reality and Islam is more in need than most.

Unless an organic enlightenment arises in Islam it will continue in its current manic slump.

AHZ, if you want someone to see things your way, is it better to attack that person, to force them on the defensive, or is it better to persuade them, to act as friends....?
 
I said change has to be organic, and come from within arab society.

100% true. We can guide, advise and carry out actions that are likely to induce change, but change does have to come from within...

It's your proposal right? Isn't "what we should do to end islamic extremism" the topic? And wasn't your answer "empower their women?

Did you never really intend on us doing anything, and just made up that "rhetorical question" title to increase your readership? This is was a bait and switch, you promise answers, yet deliver the status quo. Are you running for office?
