I am in the most battleground of battleground states, and in a very battleground neighborhood. I have seen no evidence of a Republican ground game. My neighbors tell me they have seen no evidence of a Republican ground game. Maybe they have gotten very focussed, but why haven't they contacted my neighbors?

Republicans claimed that this year they have caught up with the Democrats' ground game. They say they have done this with paid operatives, not volunteers. That supposedly the paid operatives are better than local volunteers.

Peter Thiel founder of Palantir voting machine software was upset with Trump in 2020 for telling Americans about the US military stealing oil from Syria, so he set the algorithm for Trump to lose. Thiel said he talked with Trump and now has him under control to stop telling the people about US war crimes.

Alex Karp is CEO of Palantir and claims to be a democrat who favors Harris. I don't believe a word Karp or Thiel say except for being able to set the algorithm to pick who they want to be potus. The 2024 presidential election basically comes down to high republican voter turnout in Pennsylvania to beat the algorithm.
