I guess you could argue that the Founding Fathers did not plan for everything, but the Constitution does seem to have worked for everything so far. The same document that used to protect the right to own slaves as property now protects the property of the descendants of those slaves.

Nobody believes he's staying for a third term. We also do not believe Gavin gets free hats, if he's getting them in the mail it's because he orders them.
