The evidence is that Comey is such a threat that they not only didn't indict him until over a year after he posted that picture and then they didn't argue for any bail because he was a threat. It's rather hard to argue he was a threat to the President based on those facts and yet that is what they will have to argue in court to convict him.

The investigation itself was more than 10 months. It's illegal to threaten any president regardless of who you are. His or your feeling mean nothing. We have no idea what evidence they have yet. We'll know much more soon. I suspect it's significant. I don't see Blanche as a guy that likes to lose. Time will tell. As far as your 'brilliant' point about not asking to keep him in jail. It would be quite hard to suggest that the president isn't sufficiently secured against a threat from Comey assuming he agreed to not post any more threats while this case is ongoing and agreed as I'm sure he did, not to travel anywhere Trump is. There's not a judge alive that would keep anyone charged with the same crime in jail with no prior record. Nobody is complaining about either. I'll bet if roles were reversed libtards would be rioting in the streets if he wasn't thrown in solitary until trial.

MY guess is the when the judge rules that Comey is entitled to grand jury proceedings to see if the law was followed DOJ drops the case. Just like they did in Chicago for those accused of conspiracy. The current Trump lawyers don't dare let the courts see what they did without risking their law licenses.

You just seem to have given the perfect defense. It took more than 10 months to come to the conclusion it was a threat. Waiting 10 months proves it wasn't much of a threat since no action was taken in that 10 months.

The funny part is you don't seem to have a clue about reality. The judge in Comey's case did NOT require Comey to stay away from Trump. Comey was released on his own recognizance with no conditions on him.
