I predict we will have a fascist administration whether dem or GOP soon

I define a fascist administration as "An authoritarian fascist American administration would be a government that centralizes power under a single leader, suppresses dissent, undermines democratic institutions, and promotes ultranationalist or exclusionary ideologies—often using state mechanisms to enforce conformity and punish opposition."

Yes or No

No, they don't.

Yes, you have. Your generalized remarks, Taichilkibeeral, are nothing. In other words, you are another far left prog blowing smoke.

The strength is not on the outsides of the spectrum, MAGA or prog.
Now you're just babbling in an attempt to cover the fact that you keep trying to substitute your personal opinions, supposition and conjecture for valid, documented source material. Trying to have a rational debate with an irrational and convoluted "logic" such as yours is impossible. You may have the last predictable word.

I have never once condemned the lockdowns, masking or vaccine mandates. They were a response to a new virus that we knew little about.

There’s always that Monday morning quarterbacking bullshit. The “I told you so” assholes.

We know this. Distancing, masking and vaccines work. Did they work perfectly? Nope. Scientifically, yes. As a public health POLICY, not as well because people were poor at following proper protocols. Were we slow to release the lockdowns? In some cases, yes.

Did we learn anything? Yes and no. We learned, but just as with the anthrax scare two decades ago, we’ll forget. Quickly.
Okay, but ther was nothing done that fit the definition of fascism or authoritarianism across the federal spectrum. Just saying.

I don't believe ANY Democrat would be anything close to an authoritarian fascist dictator type figure and likely not most Republicans either. Unless trump has whet the right's appetite for it to the point that they won't vote for anything else.

While it's far from guaranteed that American democracy and government by rule of law will ever completely heal from the damage trump has done to it, I do believe that if we can get him out of politics permanently, the country has a decent chance of returning to a quasi normal state someday.
I hope you are correct, Nomad. The damage already done, which seems to be invisible to the MAGA crew, is VERY extensive. We CAN get back to normal (or at least, reasonable), but I wouldn't bet on it without getting odds. Our Republic may already be gone.

Sorry, but your personal definition does not mesh with the historical and dictionary definition
Just because you don't like something doesn't automatically equate to fascism.
Your opinion is offbase, because it is based on a prejudiced unreal view of American, its history, and its politics.

Lissen up, chuco. We are not going the far left prog road in the Dem party. You don't have the numbers or the money or the influence.

Be grateful for the crumbs you get, you wanna be fascist.

You are gaslighting. Your opinions and 'logic' are not the goal of the Dems.

Many would argue with that. I think the public health measures were warranted, but, in retrospect, could have been removed a little earlier.

That’s how we learn from post event assessments. That is, if we don’t forget what we’ve learned.

Democrats tend to rule by committee even though Hillary tended to lean toward authoritarianism. Republicans tend to rule by single father AKA fascist ruler. It's seen in all RW dictatorships.

As history proves, communism and socialism don't work as stand-alone systems. The Soviets devolved into a dictatorship with Stalin, NK with the Kims, China with Xi, Cuba with Castro.
