Oh, I get it, in the Spock appearance that Quinto was in, he was captain in-between Pike and Kirk. I was thinking along the lines that Spock was always the one calling the shots when Nimoy was in the role. Hell, he called the shots as Spock Prime in the latest movie!!

imo....both nimoy and quinto play an excellent spock. i loved the fact that the real spock made an appearance in the film.

I never got into Trek. It always bored me to tears.

I actually think that Quinto makes an awesome Spock. He was great in Heroes as well. It's just that he's stepping into some sacred shoes in Star Trek.
