Clinton lost because Russian trolls and bots micro targeted voters (and electors) and flooded our media with fake news and negative stories.

She was able to overcome the initial Comey press conference "ending" the FBI investigation in the most politically damaging way possible. Polls showed that.

She overcame four years of politically inspired Benghazi investigations. Again. Polls showed that.

Her camapaign made mistakes. All campaigns do,

But the Comey letter to Congress "reopening" an investigation (closed just days later because there was nothing there) 10 days before the election could not be overcome. And polls reflected that as well

Our system failed us. It was gamed and the Russians will do that again if we let them

One million dollars a month is limited? They had a staff of hackers connected to trump campaign and facebook workers ,flooding the US with directed emails and messages to hurt Hillary. The election was vey close with Hillay getting 3 million more votes. How much impact would it take for them to have moved our election? Fact is very little. The Russians are doing the same in every Democratic election in Europe too. They have mechanized hacking and facbook messaging. Rusia won for Trump and he is paying them off.

Very much so given that the two parties combined spent nearly nearly a hundred times that. And so far there is no evidence that the Russians have affected the out come of so much as one election.
