I didn't "warn" of anything, I stated what you could now expect to likely happen as a result of this, I acknowledged I could be wrong about it, and admitted that if I were, I would come back here and say so. I'm not exactly sure what "openly gay" even means, but I do know a lot of straight males are not very tolerant of "openly gay" men. Now, I didn't say I was like that, and I didn't say it was right or wrong to be that way, I simply stated a fact of life. When we have our 70-seat filibuster-proof majority in the House and Senate, and President Sarah Palin to sign everything into law, then you'll see things get done to help solve our problems.

Democrats have controlled both the House and Senate, as well as the White House, and they have controlled all of the agenda, all of the legislation, and completely to their specifications. Republicans have not even been allowed to introduce amendments, or in some cases, even SPEAK... as Democrats have RULED Congress for the past two years. This old trick won't work for ya... People know and understand what's going on now. And hey... this isn't really about Democrats... it's Republicans too! There is a considerable grass roots movement to change politics as usual in Washington, and you'll get your first glimpse of it around January. Oh... and rest assured, that will only be the start of what is yet to come.
