I was hacked by Russians and it happens a lot more then you might think.

And I'm the one that jaded you.
My computer started acting funny the other day. Stuff wasn't responding the way it should and I couldn't get task manager up to do anything. I ended up forcing shutdown. Later that night I caught glimpse of a pop up about an email, saying my order would be running late. Seems my Amazon I had up was hacked and taken for a ride of $635.00. The hackers archive your order in attempts to hide it from you. If you don't check your email soon enough it will be shipped. It seems to revolve around a Russian shipping company, called Polar Express. They are shipped to these locations and then shipped out of country.

If this company is the cause or just a tool nobody knows. I have since bought extra computer protections and intend on using two-step identification on sites that offer it.

My Instagram was hacked by Russia, managed to get control back and saw that all my friends had gotten messages in Russian and I had followed like 2k Russian accounts.

I need to learn to ban idiots even on a charitable warning thread like this. I wonder if they read all the incidents of this I provided. Plenty more if you search.

Another aspect of this I found is these people also sell things they've bought. If you ever are on ebay and get something shipped from these locations I'd contact ebay about fraud.

Here's the address they used with me. 284 Robinson Lane, Wilmington, DE 19805. The other is the New Jersey location I shared from Yelp.

What kind of security software were you running?

Malwarebytes was on my computer and even after I bought more advanced stuff neither found anything. My Mom did find some Malware on her computer though. As of now I bought Bullguard and use it's protected browser for Sites I have sensitive info usage. I'm thinking of adding the identity protection upgrade.

I did not post this^^^ Who is making me post Trump propaganda! I posted a CCR video and this CCCP popped up!

Damn that Trump!

I've never heard of Bullguard, I'll have to look it up. Malawarebytes didn't test well last time I checked, but that's been a while ago. I've been using ZoneAlarm Extreme Security for years, and have been pretty happy with it.

I use Opera with a built-in free VPN, avoid Google and use Duck Duck Go on my Android phone. On my laptop use Kubuntu and Ubuntu, never have any security issues.
