You had plenty of time to prove there was massive election fraud (curiously, only in swing states Biden won), and you were laughed out of every court in the land 50plus times, including by Trump-appointed judges

Not only was the supposed vote fraud only in swing states, but solely in areas of those states with minority voters. Then we are to believe that the same Democratic vote fraud occured in the red states of GA and AZ, right beneath the noses of all the republican officials. This is solely why vote fraud is just a red herring to cover up a pathetic attempt to install Trump as leader for life, a true coup.

Trump's narrow victory was recognized the next day by Hillary and Trump was given all the power of the presidency. That election was not called illegitimate nor was it questioned as the entire system being corrupt. You really were in a coma during that election. Hillary blamed other people for causing Trump to win, but she never denied that he won. She never claimed that votes were stolen from her through some big conspiracy.

The courts were hearing cases before the election. Prospective damages are enough.
