You are the one that is ignorant of how an indictment works.
Under federal law there must be an indictment for every felony. Misdemeanors require an indictment or a written complaint that cites the law that was violated. As of today no such document exists for Ms Tinchner.
 
Trump's biggest tools are cruelty and creating fear. He wanted ICE to be cruel and abusive. Trump is not a nice person, as his response to Reiner's deaths showed again. He is a horrible person with no respect for anyone who is not him. His self-respect would require a shrink to determine.

Then if you are really concerned about the open flame, the problem isn't the candle sitting stationary. You should actually be pissed at the federal agent that kicks the candle sending it flying.
