Genital mutilation is a bad thing if it takes place before people are grown up enough to decide for themselves. Condemning unwanted children to a life they never chose so that they can be exploited, sold drugs to and sent to prison is even more monstrous.

Yes- and it's also morally unacceptable to mutilate the genitals of children. It should be illegal everywhere.
