They'd probably take the virus seriously, maybe have a program to get everyone masks, shut down certain areas, things like that. I think it's also pretty likely that they would make improvements to the ACA. Other than that, not much.

Not force, but they can at least make it so that everyone has an easy way to get masks. Whether people will actually wear them, that's a different story.
And muh constitution doesn't matter. Presidents don't let it stop them from doing what they want.

that makes me curious about something with you then..........should 'common sense' (very subjective term) be allowed to override the constitutional rights of the people?
