My argument is it isn't A woman's right to choose.

There are two ways this can work given centuries of contract law:

It's a woman's right to choose and she, and she alone is responsible from conception to age of majority (18) for the child conceived.

or

It's a couple's (the man and woman involved) right to choose and they decide between them what to do. If they choose abortion, so be it. If it is split, then she carries to term and the one that wants the child gets it. If she fails to get the responsible male party involved, then she is legally libel for the consequences of that.

That would quickly end casual sex in the trailer park because most women would recognize they either have an abortion or they are stuck with the child and fully responsible for it with no child support and likely little welfare and such.
