It's New York City. There are a lot of really stupid Democrats there. I believe that if the judge is a corrupt as I believe him to be, he will not summarily dismiss the case on a lack of merit or evidence, he will carry it to a jury funding of guilty. It would be impossible for Trump to get a fair trial in a city so mentally corrupt and retarded.

Trump shouldn't even need to go to trial if this judge is not a dishonest partisan hack with TDS and has a scintilla of courage. But then, leftists have no courage and aren't honest and this judge will not dismiss this case due to a lack of merit. The last thing he wants to do is be the judge that left Trump off. After all, there's election to be won.

Bottom line is this; Trump will NEVER go to prison upon appeal. This case is an abomination and embarrassment to the legal profession.
