If tRump pardons himself, Biden can unpardon him by Executive Order.

He does not have to. If Trump pardons himself Biden brings it to Dept. of Justice which would declare it unconstitutional.

That has not been in court before, so it is speculative. No president ever did that before, or had to. The pardoning power is vague enough that he may get away with it. Then Congress can rewrite it and clarify it. They can do then to the other powers that Trump warped like the emoluments clause.

Presidents also don't have power to pardon themselves.

Probably not but that has never been legally determined. The easiest way to achieve that is to have the president declare he is unable to carry out his duties and the VP becomes acting president and pardons Trump. Then, Trump declares he is now able to resume his duties.

Lastly, there is nothing that would prevent President Biden from "unpardoning" tRump by Executive Order and then letting the Courts decide the issue.

I do not think Biden can unpardon trump. But a pardon makes it very difficult to claim 5th Amendment rights, so it becomes very easy to confiscate illegally obtained assets. Not to mention the state crimes cannot be pardoned away by trump.
