It would be offered. Whether Melania would take it or not is up to her.

OTOH she might just say "Whutever you want, dahling. I'll be in Paris if you need me."

President Tyler never received a state funeral. His casket was draped with the Confederate flag. So there's precedent for not honoring presidents who've betrayed the nation.
