This illegal was given a driver's license in two states.
The families should sue both state's transportation departments, the trucking company and the Biden administration.

This non-American illegal asshole was given a driver's license.
You must show proof of citizenship in many states to obtain a CDL.
You need a physical, eye tests and you should speak English.
I'm sure I have more knowledge of the trucking industry than you do.

If there was a law that said he couldn't have the job but then got it anyway I am pretty sure folks would be pointing it out regardless of whether he was American born and/or Caucasian. And if it was specifically done by Newsom and CA ignoring the law, I believe that we'd be talking about it here.

What do you think? Do you think they'd care if someone illegally got a job doing this, was not eligible to do this according to Federal Laws, but a state ignored those laws and gave him a license anyway? Would it really matter where the man was born?

There is such a thing as due process. Get that, then the chips fall where they may.
