This POS illegal came into the US during Biden's term and was flow and released in Chicago. He was then arrested for shoplifting there and released without ICE being notified. Following that, he murdered a college student. On top of all that he's in quarantine for having active tuberculosis.
That last says that nobody screened this guy when he was apprehended at the border. Normally, active TB would have been caught. But the Biden administration didn't screen him, put him on a plane where he likely spread it to others, and then flew him to Chicago.
