Are you also dismissing the FACT that our border agents are saying there is a crisis at our borders? Have you been there to dispute these FACTS?

They aren’t illegals, and the gentlemen in the article is just impatient waiting for his status in the comfort of his home, he will eventually get his hearing, it’s just delayed because of the people seeking asylum at the border who are held in detention center at the cost of the tax payers. You should want them processed first, so they can get out and get a job.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I want them to wait their turn like those who wish to become citizens legally. It's not fair to those who wish to obey our laws.
I would prefer those wasting my taxes be deported immediately, screw housing, feeding and medicating them. Many don't even speak English and will indefinitely be welfare recipients, how the hell can they get a job?

I’ll grant that it would be easy to fabricate the story.

Why would be easy? Because the tens and hundreds of thousands illegal immigrants coming across our southern border *are eating up the same resources* that enable legal immigrants to be processed and cleared for citizenship.

So yeah, the facts are all in place so all you would need to do is plug in a fictitious name and a country of origin. But in all likelihood the guy is real—and rightfully pissed off about it.
 
The OP doesn't qualify as a current event. At best it's opinion related to a general policy which is no longer a current event in itself.

and asylum seekers are flooding our borders every day.
