If we've already deported them for being here illegally, why?

Immigration law is already on the books.

"Sending money home" is not a crime, is it?

They weren't deported if they made money here and sent it back where they came from.

Yes, and they should be enforced.

No, it's not. But, it should be, because they are taking money from our economy.
 
Then you agree that it would be counter-productive to waste time, money and political capital to pass another law that won't apply to illegals we already deported under existing law, right?

I really don't know where you're going with what I've said.
Get rid of all illegals. Send those who send money out of
this country right along with the money. Simple, and to the point.
