Viewership is declining because there are so many other options. Too bad so many of them are so fake. Look at what it has done to our country. Ripped it apart, caused bitter polarization. Many families have become estranged as some family members get sucked into low credibility tabloid style infotainment, while others refuse to accept hate and xenophobia; and reject those lost to the cult of nonsense.

When you have a popular politician who does the nation a great disservice by peddling in completely unsupported conspiracy theories such as: 'The other side is a bunch of satan-worshipping pedophiles,' there's not really too much a family can do when one of their own becomes taken in by such nonsense. And then the guy claims, again completely without any evidence, that 'the election was stolen,' and despite losing every court case about it (dozens and dozens) refuses to accept reality, it strains family support and trust. Then this popular figure presses his supporters to continue to believe the nonsense even after all avenues of questioning the election have been exhausted, well, that just hurts our country, hurts our democracy.

The MSM is correctly reporting all of this. There is nothing credible to suggest they are not. If viewers want to reject reality, that's not because of the MSM. It's because of a destructive cult. And it's dangerous to our nation.

Understandable Tacomaman considering basically every single post you've made on this board has been about the guy. You're like the mainstream and (especially) cable news media, hate the guy but are addicted to him and can talk about little to nothing else. Not that you can't keep talking about him on a daily basis going forward if you so desire but six, twelve, eighteen, twenty-four months plus into a Biden Administration it probably won't be the same.

trump is the sort of person that you keep saying he can't get any worse, and then he gets worse. This goes on for years, and finally you decide to say he will always get worse. But of course, he can't always get worse, he has to hit rock bottom sooner or later. It becomes strangely disappointing when he hits rock bottom.
