Who, other than myself, would have a problem with "In NO god do we trust" being out national motto?

He's making a good point, namely that our government should not be endorsing any particular religious belief nor a lack of one.

Sounds good to me...

Then you would be ignoring the second part of the First Amendment. You would be just as bad as those who promote "In God we Trust". The second part says that the government cant prohibit the free exersize of religen and making it someone's motto that they dont trust in a God would be doing just that!

I can see all you want to do is play semantics and get a jolly-on with your gotcha questions....

My thing is why do you even need something to trust in the first place?

simple soulotion just drop the god word from Money alltogether.
If he exists I am not sure God would be impressed with his name on our money anyway.

Jarod thinks playing with words makes himself smart...

I love how he wants to divide people based on religion or the lack thereof....

Why are you a divider Jarod?

It in no way prohibits the free exercise of religion.

He would not be ignoring anything.

It is less likely that it would be prohibiting the free exersize of Religen than it would be that it was promoting the establishment of Religen.

It doesn't establish anything either. Nor does it respect an establishment of religion.

The tax breaks alone promote religion. But to get the tax bereaks you have to be approved. So our govt does promote some religions over others.

Tax em all, that would be the most non discriminatory govt behaviour.

It does not have to establish anything, it merely has to Promote the establisment of Religen, and it DOES that!
No, it has to "respect an establishment" of religion. Again which establishment does this respect?

So far you gave me generalized un-named religion/s and by your own posts have said that it doesn't respect any one establishment.
