Incredibly Powerful

Random road blocks. Frisk everyone. Simple. Dont like it? Get rid of your guns and stop being a violent society. Impossible? Road blocks. Frisk everyone.

Justice for all! Not too much liberty, but you have to treat everyone equally.

I believe I joined the I Hate Superfreak group in 2009 so I personally helped contribute to the rise of hate groups in America under Obama.

One time in college at my friend's house party that about 150 people attended, 149 of which were white and, like, 50 of which actually knew any of the hosts, I asked the only black guy there who he knew that lived at the house. It was totally and unabashedly racist. It was horrible. I knew the second the words came out of my mouth that I just did something horribly racist for which no apology could suffice. I have no idea why I did it. The words just spilled out of my mouth. It has haunted me from the second the words came out of my mouth and I still think about it. I can't believe that I did it or would ever have done something like that. I was totally ashamed and still am. And this happened quite some time ago. I still remember the guy's face and his reaction and I'm surprised he didn't kick the shit out of me, which I would have totally deserved.

I know first hand the racism of "good people." I was one of them.

I've been to many parties where there were various hosts and when I meet someone I don't know I'll ask 'who do you know here?' as an ice breaker or way to find common ground. How is that different than what you did?

It was accusatory. He knew it and I knew it.

Sometimes I really wonder about you. Don't you know any black people? I guess living in Boston really does make you fucked up. Boston is one of the most racist cities in the north if you ask me, and one of the most effed up. My brother almost got killed there by cops and he's white. If he was black he'd have been dead 10 years now.

Black people come under suspicion because they are black, not because someone made a mistake, don't you fucking get it? Talk to some black people, a guy your age should have more than just white friends. You might learn something. Try putting yourself into someone else's shoes. You are getting more and more Superfreak and that is really scary, because he's an asshole. And his age group Gen X, really doesn't think that way either, but there are enough idiots in it that he can kind of just hang on. There is no room in the world being shaped by your generation, for superfreaks. So you are really going to be out of the loop. A throwback.

Just to clear up what seems to be a rather confused dispute: he would not have gotten frisked if he was white.

No way, no how.

Our two idiots with their crystal balls.....if, would've been, wouldn't have been, could have been, might have been, should have been, etc....

all bullshit guesses always made by narrow-minded bigots.....in a lame attempt to give their ad hom sham attacks on others the appearance of truth.

Pipe down, o' clarion of ignorance.

If you know anyone who is African American - not likely, but if you do - ask them sometime how many times they have been pulled over for no reason.

What makes you think it does not exist in this case? Do you believe the clerk should be frisking people?

There are 'security' people in every store that can afford them. Its their job to stop thieves in the store. Its legal and its seems this customer didn't refuse the search...
Shoplifters are caught and held thousands of times every day in the US and held for police to arrest if appropriate.
but like I said earlier, the article is short on details or the entire thing.

Irrelevant strawman bullshit, as usual.

Can't refute the post, then just stfu and spare us your crap.

I never denied that. I am referring to this specific incidence. You can't just assume ANY time a black person is frisked it's because of racism and nothing else.

Now I understand the difference between events that happen betweens whites vs. blacks as opposed to blacks vs whites but your story brought back two memories for me. When I was young and dumb (as opposed to old and dumb today) I went to two different parties where I was the only white person. I probably had no business being there but I felt young and invincible and nothing would happen to me. At both events I had random black guys come up to me and say essentially 'what the fvck are you doing here?' It wasn't so much of a 'you need to leave white guy' it was more of a shock of 'I am surprised as hell to see a white dude here'.

Looking back and realizing who was these two events and where they were located it was definitely a bad idea to attend. However it did give me a taste of what it's like to be the only person of your race at a large function.

Hey bravo what up? It's been a while since someone changed that diaper of yours huh? You should really hit billy up for some of his specially formulated butt ointment. You have to catch him between applications though...

I am asking you to back up your claim that they have risen in number 'exponentially'. Thus far you have shown the number of groups has risen based on the fact that the source you are using is labeling Patriot groups as 'hate groups'. Which is nonsense.

As for hate itself, you clearly hate the tea party people. Perhaps you should work on your own hate issues?

The explanation for calling some of them hate groups:

Patriot groups have been classified by the law center as hate organizations because their anti-government sentiment is almost always paired with racism, ranging from fear of everyday crime to a looming race war, said Mark Potok, the law center's chief hate group and hate crime investigator.

The law center found 1,360 patriot groups in 2012 -– an 813 percent rise since 2008, the year before Obama took office. Of those groups, 321 constitute militias. The law center also found a near-record 1,007 hate groups with animus directed at minorities, gay men, lesbians, and transgender individuals in 2012. That's a slight decline from the 1,018 groups counted in 2011.
