Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount Airy, Maryland, was charged in an 11-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering.* The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX.*

This case has nothing to do with Clinton, Uranium one or our Thief in Chief, Trump. It has nothing to do with trumps collusion, which is more apparent every day. If you read the indictment, he was bribing to get a contract to ship nuclear fuel TO America. To, TWO, TOO, not from America.

The allegations against Lambert are that he conspired with others to bribe a Russian official, Vadim Mikerin,
in order to secure contracts with the Russian uranium-exporting corporation TENEX.

Are you suggesting that Hillary may have chipped in to pay part of the bribe?
 
There have already been two indictments: Daren Condrey (Lambert's colleague) and Vadim Mikerin himself pleaded guilty in 2015.

Now there has been a third indictment in the same case, and if you read the RWNJ "news" sites the sky is falling! ;)
